T224/T229 Pet and Kopec

Produced by the same factory that issued the 1910 and 1911 Obak issues, this set of boxers, athletes, and aviators was made with the highest printing standards of the era. These cards are scarcer than Obaks, but also have less demand. For ACC nerds, Burdick realized by the time of the 1963 ACC printing that T224 (Pet Cigarettes) and T229 (Kopec Cigarettes) were actually a single set, so he retired the T224 designation. PSA didn’t get the message, apparently.
