For PCL collectors, the deadball era (circa 1900-1920) was a bonanza. These are two of the popular sets from that time, both issued by Bishop & Company, a Los Angeles-based candy company. Most of the 30 players shown in 1910 (E99) were swapped out in the following year (E100). Also, every card can be found with four or more different background colors; there are examples below.
E99 and E100 are much scarcer than Obaks, but probably not quite as scarce as the T217 Mono set. As with many of the other E-card issues, the conditions found today tend to be VG or worse.
