N291 Presidential Puzzle is my favorite set featuring politicians. This extremely scarce set includes 12 cards with possible candidates for the 1888 presidency. When arranged correctly by laying the cards on top of one another, the victor Grover Cleveland’s head appears. There are witty little poems found on each card that both reference the candidate and give a promotion to Victory Tobacco.
